There’s nothing better than raising money for a good cause (while doing something you love to do). So this Oct. 19, eat out, eat up and, as you do so, proceeds from your Restaurants for Change meal will be donated to a national organization that seeks to empower communities to work toward a healthy and fair food system.
All you have to do is make a reservation on the aforementioned date at either Supply & Demand or Atelier and they’ll donate the proceeds from their Oct. 19 dinner service to Community Food Centres Canada.
So what will be served? Supply & Demand’s chef Steve Wall is dishing up Albacore tuna crudo, which will undoubtedly have diners salivating, while Atelier’s chef Marc Lepine will expectedly offer up a clever surprise.

City Bites Hot Tip: If you feel like travelling a bit farther afield to eat for this cause, skive off work at noon and take Hwy. 10 to Perth. The Fieldhouse is hosting a Burgers and Beer Party to celebrate its second birthday (while also raising funds Restaurants for Change). Just around the corner, O’Reilly’s Ale House is also participating in this cause.
